Acrylic Nails….. yay or nay?
Yesterday I sat and had my nails done; acrylics – and as I sat for an hour and got pampered I actually sat and thought of all the pro’s and con’s of having permanent false nails. I say permanent, of course I mean more permanent that the press ons you buy from Superdrug or Boots.
Many criticized Jessica Simpson’s fashion choices during her pregnancy however the “Fashion Star” presenter and former pop star I stepping up to the plate and will be creating her own maternity fashion line; Jessica wants to give mothers-to-be “more fashionable options” for staying in style through their pregnancy.

However lucky for everyone who turned out that the weather held off and stayed relatively dry for the evening.
I was heading out the other night and I had a slight mis-hap with my tights. I got a pull and it formed a ladder… one pair of tights completely ruined – especially as i was going for chic and not punk that night.
However… maybe they aren’t as ruined as I thought…
The world of gaming and fashion have collided after The Maxis label of Electronic Arts Inc (EA) alongside the fashion brand Diesel announced a collaboration yesterday between The Sims and the apparel/lifestyle brand.
The collaboration now means that players can pimp out their Sims and their houses with clothing and furniture from Diesel’s 2012 Spring/Summer collection (currently available in Diesel stores and online at Diesel.com).
The Art Company are a Spanish brand who were founded in 1995 with the idea of creating young, happy and carefree shoes. However their experience in making quality footwear spans back more than thirty years.
The brand has gone through many stages since its full conception in 1995 and every stage has been full of dreams and realisations.
I’m still rather hung up on all the gorgeous dresses and fashions from this years Met Ball; especially Beyonce’s gorgeous outfit which has drawn mixed reviews; however, it seems that some of the stars were more than happy to embrace their casual side once more after the Gala.
Beyonce caused a photograph frenzy on a night when fashions finest come out to play.
Queen B won the fashion parade at the A-Lister Met Gala; she made her red carpet return after having daughter Blue Ivy in January. Beyonce’s figure looked amazing silhouetted in the sheer sequin Givenchy Haute Couture gown.
It’s all been happening over the bank holiday weekend!
Tulisa has been celebrating her début solo single hitting the big number 1 spot and performed the track live on Britain’s Got Talent; but while she toasted with her showbiz friends after the performance, fans and critics hit the internet to slam her outfit choice and her apparent lack of singing ability – it seems that it wasn’t just her shoes that were flat.

First off after only just recovering from the news of Marni for H&M there is now news that Anna Dello Russo, the creative director at Vogue Japan and complete fashion nut bag, will be designing a range of her fantastic accessories for H&M.
Holy cow! 38 year old supermodel Kate Moss is looking amazing in this donated (and rather striking) photograph of herself in which she wears nothing but an awesome pair of spangly gold trousers. The picture has been donated to an NSPCC charity auction at Bonhams in London.
The revealing snap shows exactly why Kate is one of the most wanted fashion models across the world; it’s really only fair to say that I’m just a little bit jealous of her totally toned form. If only it were easy!
Festival season is nearly upon us and there is one item I see at almost every festival I go to and that is short dungarees!
