Aftershock affordable glamour
Point one on the Aftershock mission statement reads
“To introduce every woman to the concept of affordable glamour - and to then turn it into her style mantra.”
It is by this premise that the whole company operates.
Aftershock was founded in 1992 by Hiro and Radhika Harjani in London, initially as a wholesale eveningwear supplier.
In 1998 the Aftershock Accessories brand was added to the portfolio. 2002 saw the opening of two retail stores in London, one on Chelsea’s Kings Road and the other in South Molton Street. The Complimentary daywear range was created in 2003.
Aftershock stores and products have made a number of television appearances including, Footballers Wives, Sinchronicity, This Morning and Extreme Makeover.
Among the ever growing list of celebrity patrons of Aftershock you will find such stars as Katie Price, Helen Mirren, Barbara Windsor and Charlotte Church.
