Berghaus the outdoor clothing and equipment company has signed an agreement that will see its products distributed throughout Korea.
The company from Sunderland has agreed a five year deal with E-Land Ltd, the fourth largest retailer in Korea who distribute goods in 4,000 stores throughout the country, if the project is a success there is the option to extend the arrangement for a further five years.
The agreement which begins on 1st January 2008 gives E-Land the exclusive right to license the Berghaus brand and distribute its products throughout Korea.
