One of my hobbies is line dancing, and finding the right shirt to wear with my boots and jeans has always been a bit of a problem partly due to the fact I have what is politely called a fuller figure. Over the years I’ve tried every trick in the book to hide the fact that my shirts always seem to be gaping at the bust exposing what should be hidden away underneath, safety pins, velcro and chunky cardies have all been put to use, I’ve even worn tops a couple of sizes too big and pulled in the waist with a belt.
Finally last week my prayers were answered, the editor asked if I’d like to test drive one of the new tailored shirts from cast-woman.com naturally in the line of duty I said yes, so he told me to pop over to their website and to make sure I got the right size.
Well the size chart wasn’t what I expected at all, you see these shirts not only are sized in the conventional sense from 12 to 18 but also each size comes in three different bust fittings to ensure the perfect tailored fit at the waist and at the bust.
Well the shirt arrived yesterday and I must say the fit is far better than I expected, three buttons strategically placed and hidden away neatly eradicates that horrible gape I’ve been plagued with for so long, and the quality of the shirt is fantastic, made from 100% cotton with a delightful satiny feel.
One thing it said on the blurb that came with the shirt was that because of the way it is cut to fit there was no chance of it riding up whether worn loose or tucked in, well I gave that promise a thorough test dancing about, reaching up and bending down and it passed with flying colours.
Suffice to say I’m a convert these shirts are wonderful, to find out more about them pop over to cast-woman.com you won’t be disappointed.
