The jeans wear brand Cheap Monday was officially founded in March of 2004 by Örjan Andersson, Adam Friberg and Lasse Karlsson however, the creators previously owned a shop in Stockholm (opened in late 2000) which was named Weekend which, as you can probably guess, only opened on weekends.
As this shop became a success, they opened a larger shop to be open during the week, which they named (very unsurprisingly) Weekday. Due to the high cost of some of the denim products they were selling, the company founder decided to create a cheaper denim for their jeans, this range of jeans was constructed from a stretchy, tight-fitting, unwashed denim for a very reasonable price.
Cheap Monday provide denim wear for an affordable price from high quality fabrics. Whether you like to wear your jeans out with friends or prefer to lounge about the house in them, Cheap Monday will have a pair for you. Comfortable, affordable and fashionable, and available to both men and women. These jeans are simply in a league of their own.
Since 2004, Cheap monday have progressed hugely from their initial delivery of 800 pairs of ‘Tight’ style jeans, to brand containing many different styles and cuts of jeans, constructed from several different colours and types of denim.
