On a recent hunt for a cheap maxi dress (seriously, there is NOT that much material in them, why are they so expensive… I’m not paying £30+ for something I can make myself for less if I could be bothered to do it) I found a fantastic website called everything5pounds.com where everything is…. five of your Great British Pounds!
The website is a recent idea from a women’s fashion chain which has been in operation (in the UK) for over fifteen years. They have a massive amount of fashion manufacturer contacts from across the globe as well as a vast experience in trading. The company has specialised itself in budget clothing for the last three years and have found a niche in the fashion retail market.
Their stuff isn’t what you’d see on the catwalk, I will be honest, however what you do get is good quality. The sizing is a little weird – a large is a UK 12-14 and we’ll find out soon enough just how exact that is as I have ordered myself quite a pretty maxi dress. The postage and packing is around £3.50 or £5.60 depending on which you choose; which of course can add quite an amount to your order but over all it’s still cheap.
Their shoe range is not as varied as I would like with most items being in black or cream – however there are some pretty cool designs in there! There is a WIDE selection of accessories, bags and underwear to add into the mix too as well as children’s wear!
