The Hummel brand is a Denmark based sports-wear company. The brand was born in 1923 by a family (Albert Ludwig Messmer & Family) from Hamburg in Germany and quickly grew to become an iconic sports wear brand worn by some of the most prestigious teams.

The brand currently manufactures a range of sports apparel for football, handball, basketball, rugby, Australian Football, Shinty and volleyball as well producing a large range of sports trainers; Hummel sports shoes were the original shoe designed with studs.
In the last couple of years Hummel signed an agreement with the Black Eyed Peas and their partner RETH¿NK and supported the “E.N.D. World Tour” in 2010 – this was in fact the kick off to the Hummel recycling campaign.
This year at the European Handball Championships in Serbia 53 players sported Hummel’s 2012 top shoe “Rebel Karma” this included 9 Danes who lifted the trophy. In the wake of this Hummel’s worldwide Karma United campaign has been launched, the aim of which is to improve the world through sport.
Hummel draw on their expertise and experience in the sports wear industry to create a brand which moves with the times yet stays with its original roots with timeless and simple designs that will never go out of fashion teamed with extreme comfort that is fit for any sports person or fashion conscious person.
