In February of 2002 a bunch of snow and surf boarders with over ten years experience in the surf and snow trade, choose to expand their horizons and launch their own beanie brand, and so it came to pass that Ignite Beanies was born.
The company launch came just at the right time as the United Kingdom was experiencing a beanie boom, very soon stockists everywhere were crying out for beanies Ignite, they were literally flying off the shelves.
These days most of the UK surf, snow, board and street wear retailers will have stock of Ignite Beanies, and many of the major mainstream stores also have them on board such as Harrods and Selfridges.
Company expansion across Europe is also well on the way, Ignite products can be found in France, Finland, Sweden and Andorra.
