Alexander Shilton founded a handbag company in London over 63 years ago. In Word War 2 Alex’s secretary, Jane looked after the factory when it was seconded to make gas masks. On Alex’s return he married Jane and named the company after her as a thank you.

Today Jane Shilton is a global company trading in Europe, Hong Kong, China and Singapore. Selling an unique and extensive collection of the finest handbags, shoes, luggage, small leather goods and accessories.

The process of making a product is highly labour intensive and the handbags are largely hand-made resulting in fine quality, design and good value.
