This June sees the 10th Annual Everyman Male Cancer Awareness Month, the purpose of which is to help raise awareness of, and fund research into, prostate and testicular cancer.

Prostate cancer has overtaken lung cancer as the most common cancer in men, and the incidence of testicular cancer has increased dramatically – almost 4-fold in the last 50 years. And it’s not only men who need to take notice – women play a crucial role in encouraging loved ones to visit doctors and making sure the message is heard loud and clear.

A host of stars are giving their support including Sir Terry Wogan, Dermot O’Leary, Frank Skinner, Jason Donovan and Linford Christie.

Up and coming fashion and jewellery designer Husam El Odeh has designed a limited edition pin badge which is being sold in Topman stores and at Topman online. The pin takes the shape of a smiley face centred inside the male symbol ♂. The badges are priced at £2 with all proceeds going directly to the Everyman Campaign.
