Lambretta was formed in 1997. The British company was named after the 1960′s scooters driven by Mods.
The brand can be identified by the roundel and colours of the British Royal Air Force, and the label has menswear, womenswear, footwear, watches, grooming products and accessories.
The bands success came when they partnered with the rock band The Who and launched a 60’s inspired clothing range.
Lambretta have split their collection into two ranges: Tribute and Iconic.
The Tribute Collection comprises of 16 styles which includes parkas, jeans and a range of t-shirts and sweatshirts, which carry The Who graphics.
The Iconic Collection comprises of 19 styles that have been re-created from a range of garments actually worn by members of The Who in the 60′s. Such as Pete Townshend’s Union Flag Blazer, Keith Moon’s fine gauge knitwear, Keith Moon’s t-shirts and a collection of shirts worn by all the band members.
