Finally, after some speculation it has been revealed that Naomi Campbell has indeed created a capsule jeans collection for Fiorucci. The collection was unveiled at the label’s Milan HQ yesterday afternoon – Naomi is launching her 15 piece range which is due to go on sale in spring (I am assuming Spring 2012). Despite the fact there has been little to no buzz about the collection, it does appear to be going full steam ahead.
This will all, no doubt, help Fiorucci who have signed a four year license with Ittierre – the manufacturer that is behind Ermanno Scervino and Costume National.
Moving onto another influential lady – this one is going to headline at Glastonbury so it’s right to show off this video of the making of Beyonce’s July L’Uomo Vogue cover shoot.

The bootylicious babe was channelling the late & great screen icon Marlene Dietrich. Beyonce oozes with old school Hollywood glamour as she takes on the character. She was styled by Rushka Bergman and appears in (amongst others) menswear looks Dior Homme and a lace gown by Tom Ford.
This shoot for the Italian men’s magazine is almost (almost) as good as the promo images for her new album “4”.
