Hi,
I have always been happy with the quality of Nica bags but my friend has had a Nica bag for 6 weeks and it has fallen apart gradually over that time. She is not satisfied with this and we are trying to locate the details of the company that manufacture these bags to take it up with them. Would you know how we can get hold of their contact details?

I would suggest that your friend returns the bag to where she purchased it from, however if that is not possible try the nica website http://bynica.com/ there are contact details on the http://bynica.com/aboutus.aspx page
