Established in May 2004 by Gareth Skewis, Pointer Footwear are an independent casual and streetwear inspired footwear company based in London. Skewis was at one time at the British cult brand Silas and Maria.

Pointer was created to provide for people who are not interested in donning technical sport shoes, bulky trainers or the newest edition trainers, but to manufacture classic shoes with a high level of quality and design, acquiring constituents from fine art, excogitation and music for everybody to wear.
