The House of Gucci was founded in 1906 in Florence by Guccio Gucci (1881 – 1953).

This legendary Italian fashion label is better known as simply Gucci. Specializing in leather goods and high end fashion the Gucci label is considered to be one of the most prestigious, and easily recognizable fashion brands in the world.

Gucci is the worlds second biggest selling fashion brand after LVMH Group (Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton).

The House of Gucci is part of French conglomerate company Pinault-Printemps-Redoute (PPR).

Gucci operate around 425 stores across the world, on the wholesale side Gucci products are sold through franchisees and top class department stores.
