Vivienne Westwood returns to London Fashion Week

Vivienne Westwood is to show The Red Label collection for Autumn/Winter 2008 at London Fashion Week in February.

It is nine years since the iconic fashion designer honoured LFW with one of her collections.

Westwood launched The Red Label collection in 1994 as a vehicle to make her designs accessible by a broader audience.

The Red Label is an interesting mix of Savile Row tailoring and French couture, providing a sexy and elegant look.

The Red Label is targeted at a sophisticated fashion consumer who does not follow trends but looks for innovative design with a strong traditional British sense of style.

Vivienne Westwood says:

“We are back by popular demand. The sales of all of our lines are increasing and we decided that the Red Label, which is successful worldwide and so popular in the UK, should have its own show.”
