Stella McCartney Clothing

Stella McCartney graduated from Central St Martins in 1995. Her signature style was sharp tailoring, combined with sexy femininity.

Double-breasted navy cropped trench coat, with integrated belt that fastens around waist. Buckle detail collar and cuffs, pleated back and angled side pockets. Fabric, 100% polyester.

By 1997 she had created two collections and had appointed the Creative Director of Chloe. In 2001 she launched her own fashion house under her name in a joint venture with Gucci Group.

Black mini-dress, with elaborate ruffle hem. Slim fitting with scoop neckline. Fabric, 100% cotton jersey.

The Stella McCartney collection included womens ready-to-wear garments, accessories, fragrance and skincare. She followed the collection by creating her own perfume “Stella” in September 2003.

Ivory silk, pleated empire-line dress. Sheer racer back, above the knee-length A-line skirt. fabric, 100% silk.

Three shops quickly followed in London‘s Mayfair , Manhattan‘s Meatpacking District, and Los Angeles West Hollywood.

Black mock patent leather ankle boots, with rounded toe and mock suede piping. Chunky 4.5-inch lacquered wooden heel with gold trim. Zip fastening up inside foot.

Stella McCartney’s popularity has gone form strength to strength, and she has won a number of awards including Elle Style Award for Best Designer of the Year Award in 2007.
